1. Quotes
Online quotes are based on the postcodes, vehicle type, condition and urgency you provide, and on driving distance from our Wakefield base to the collection point and on to the delivery address. If the details given are inaccurate, or access at either end requires additional equipment or time, the price may be adjusted — we will always tell you before proceeding.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have contacted you and agreed a time. Arrival times and ETAs are estimates given in good faith and can be affected by traffic, weather and road closures.
3. Payment
Private customers pay on completion by card or bank transfer unless agreed otherwise. Trade account customers are invoiced on agreed terms. Late payment may incur statutory interest.
4. Cancellations
Cancel free of charge before a vehicle is dispatched. Once a driver is en route or on site, a call-out charge covering time and mileage may apply.
5. Your vehicle
You confirm that you are the owner or are authorised to instruct movement of the vehicle. Remove all personal belongings before collection — we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. You must declare pre-existing damage, missing keys, seized brakes, low ground clearance and any modification affecting loading.
6. Insurance and liability
We are fully insured, including goods-in-transit and public liability cover, and hold an operator's licence. Our liability is limited to the cover in place and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss, or to pre-existing faults and damage.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
