What we collect
When you request a quote, callback or trade account we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, collection and delivery postcodes, vehicle details and any notes you add. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
To calculate your price, contact you about your job, carry out the recovery or transport work, keep records of jobs completed, and respond to enquiries. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and database providers, and mapping services used to calculate distance between postcodes. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Quote and enquiry records are kept for up to six years to meet accounting and insurance requirements, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact wayne@wsrecovery.net or call 07525 753364. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
